Michael immediately finished the whole process within minutes. I was able to balance my workload and purchase a piece of mind from Steingold at a great price. I recommend everyone that owns a volvo to see him first. Time is money and I saved both.
Michael was very efficient and straightforward. Their website has the details needed to do the comparisons for the extended warranties. And since he is part of the management team, there was no 'salesy' pressure to buy their package. But their prices were the best based on my comparisons.
Mr. Bernardo was friendly, astute, and auto-knowledgeable in guiding me towards my Volvo extended service agreement. I even threw some curve-balls but, impressively, he answered every question I desired to know. He even talked me out of a higher priced warranty policy (wow-add two more points for ethics)! My only regret is that I don't live in Rhode Island; Otherwise, and without a doubt, STEINGOLD VOLVO would be my #1 choice when buying a Volvo.
