The team at the Enterprise Rental on Broadway was great to deal with, I booked a reservation they came to pick me up and take me to their facility so i can pick the vehicle up. I had the vehicle for a week and one day, i had no problems at all the service was great will recommend this site to any and everyone. I had a wonderful experience renting a car from Enterprise on 458 Broadway in Pawtucket. I was renting the car to drive out of state for my son's baseball tournament. Even though I arrived very close to closing time, Joe took the time to help me find the perfect car for me and my kids. He even helped me go over my driving directions to NJ to be sure I was going to arrive on time. I was so impressed by the personal service I received. Everyone there was friendly and professional. I will definitely go back there the next time I need to rent a car.
I spoke 6 Times with Enterprise (Scott and Taylor) about the rental as a car I was going to drive because my car was being fixed. They assured me the contract was all set and yet it was all messed up. I had to pay for their mistake. I have used Enterprise before but the one in Seekonk is much more professional and on the ball.
