Very friendly customer service
If I could I would give this company a 0. Worse customer service I have EVER experienced. My order has been delayed for 2 months now, every week an associate says the order is on the way, yet when I call on the "arrival day" the truck never arrives. Getting a hold of a manager or the owner is a joke, no one returns your calls and on top of everything, they are ridiculously rude. DO NOT SHOP THERE! You will truly regret it as I have. I have filled a complain with the Better Business Bureau and have contacted an attorney to file a possible claim against them. This company should be closed!!!
Unfortunately, I cannot return it or get a refund because the receipt says (as is) no returns or refunds.. So I will NEVER buy anything from there again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.. In fact, I plan to go on social media and let as many people know as possible about my bad experience with them..
On 10-19-2017 I purchased a (rebuilt) queen sized mattress and box spring from Atlantic Furniture in Pawtucket, and I didn't discover until the next day that it had BED BUGS!!!
also bought couch as here has bed bugs beware!!!!!
This place is awesome if u have poor credit .. U can get somewhat decent furniture. And built your credit.
