This is by far the most thorough wax I have ever had. I arrived rather early for my appointment and they did their best to fit me in early, which isn't necessary but definitely appreciated. This place doesn't have bells and whistles and calming whale sound music, but I actually like that. The room was clean and plain. They use hard wax here instead of my preferred soft wax, but Joyce, who gave me my wax, was very knowledgable and did her best to reduce the pain when possible. She was kind and talkative, and even joked with me a bit which is always a plus. As this is a Brazilian wax, it wasn't my any means painless, but the pain was manageable. Best of all, I didn't have any bruising or red spots when I was done. It lasted for a long time (6 weeks) before I felt I needed another.
Love this place shout out to my Dominican waxer Ana. She is awesome!! Phenomenal place in general.
Worst place I've ever been.. owner Joyce did microblading on my eyebrows and completely ruined them on top of thst tried to charge me another 300 to fix it!!!completely avoided my calls tried to brush it off as it wasn't her fault!these people are awful, my daughters hair was 2 tones she had to go home and go buy boxed color after spending 125 it's so unprofessional! The place is running without even having licenses to perform some services this is unacceptable!don't go here people there's a million other places worth it and cheaper w true professionals!!!

Wish they had there own parking but there is a small parking space near by.
