1. The rent number is higher on house advertisement than what tenant agree to pay.
3. After I took over the house, one of tenants called me the heat system have not worked for a month and previous owner did not fix it, how can these been happened and why I was cheated again and again?

She wrote a letter to tells $1000 deposit for two tenants , attention here, she never left any words on paper to say “each tenant has $500” but just saying each has $500 by oral, however, couple months later, the 1st floor tenant told me, previous owner can prove she put $800 as deposit. More terrible things coming since I was being a new landlord, I was told from neighbors around, looks the one of left tenants never paid rent since moved-in half year ago and brought the previous landlord troubles everyday ---------that’s why the previous owner selling the house, however, all these never disclosed !
The house was built in 1910 and she never passed me a lead disclosure to sign , as everybody knows, this is illegal and she just play the game with a new buyer from MA.
This is the worst realtor I met. She once helped her classmate in high school to sell a house to me as a dual agent. Since the beginning, she cheated me the house has de-leaded certification and also has section-8 approval. I was a new buyer coming from Massachusetts at that time , you know the de-leaded is not easy in MA while RI is much easier to get approval.
These just a nightmare started, after closing, lots of disasters left to me.
4. What is more, a two years kid of a tenant was lead poisoned while staying this house ( I had a chance to take a picture of that letter from hospital), obviously she definitely has the obligation as an agent to tell a buyer however, NOT AT ALL !
Later on the closing date , knobs and tubes were still there and I could not find evidence to challenge her since I don’t have any email as a record.

Later, the house has knobs and tubs per house inspection and she agreed remove them all. Attention, all what she promised through oral instead of email, she tried her best not leave any evidence by email.
