If i could give this place negative stars I would. O ordered on the app. When i got there i paid as if my order was ready because it said that it was ready. So after paying AND tipping, the girl tells me that my order didn't go through. So i tell her that on my phone it says that it's ready. How did you get a printed ticket if my order didn't go through? I had to wait 20min just for my order which i placed @ 12:45pm and didn't receive until 1:05pm.Then there was only 1 person working in the place with no one else? I won't be ordering at this particular dominos anymore.
Pizza looked good and smelled good. They but I had to look for my toppings and the pizza was dry hardly any red sauce.
We order here at least 3 times a month due to busy schedule, and I couldn't be happier. Not ONCE have we had an issue, the pizza is not greasy, and the staff is wicked friendly. They often throw in extra things like a free desert or a ranch cup if they took a bit longer than they feel is okay, though they have never been later than they estimate. I LOVE this Domino's.
I ordered two pizzas online on 3/18/17 and paid 10 hours in advance so I can go straight there after work and get right home. I got in waited 5-6 mins for one the 10 uniformed employees crowded at the registers to acknowledge me. Meanwhile one of the workers was dealing with a phone call from a customer that found a HUMAN FINGER in their order. She let the customer know there is no one in the store that lost a finger and they are mistaken. At this point I'm turned off and still haven't gotten any service. Finally the employee acknowledged me and said sorry along with another employee standing next to her stating they are short staffed. She also stated nonchalantly I can fill out a complaint form if I wanted to. I completely ignored it and told them I just want my order so I can go home. I had to wait more time for her to figure out if I paid or not. Then the employee standing next to her apologized again and gave me a "free" order of cheesy bread that someone returned. I got out of there fast and will not go back ever. I'm still curious about the finger.
Delivery charge is way too high for the area, really detracts from possible orders.
